Donations & Welfare Contributions
Donations, Sadaqah, Zakat and other welfare contributions made to Jamia Ali or the Fikreakhirat Welfare Foundation are, in accordance with Shariah principles, generally non-refundable once received, as funds are promptly directed towards student sponsorships, food and ration support, medical assistance and campus development.
Payments Made in Error
If you have made a donation by mistake, sent a duplicate payment, or transferred an incorrect amount through bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, please contact our Welfare & Donations office within 7 days of the transaction with your payment proof. Genuine errors will be reviewed and, where verified, refunded to the original source of payment.
Admission & Tuition Fees
Admission fees are refundable only if a request is submitted before the student's classes commence, subject to a deduction of any processing charges. Once a student has been enrolled and has started attending classes, admission and tuition fees already paid are not refundable, though they may, at the administration's discretion, be adjusted against a future term.
Fee Waivers & Scholarships
Where a fee waiver or scholarship has been granted, no cash refund is applicable, as the concession is applied directly to reduce the payable amount rather than issued as a monetary payment.
Non-Refundable Items
Registration charges, documentation fees, and amounts already utilised for books, uniforms or hostel arrangements provided to a student are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our office by phone, email or WhatsApp with your name, the date of payment, the payment method used, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to the original mode of payment where possible.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our procedures. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
